CIRA Celebrates 10 Years

On December 1, 2000, CIRA assumed the management of the .CA registry. Ten years later, I had a talk with John Demco, the creator of the .CA top-level domain about the early days of the Internet in Canada, and what he sees for the future. You can watch our conversation here:

    I just checked my whois, and I remember registering iprance.ca with UBC,
    the date is 2000/11/10.

    Even though it’s almost my little playground, I have been there since the beginning of CIRA!

    iprance, dance, and enjoy life. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord!
