CIRA Board of Directors election update
We recently entered the Member Nomination phase of the CIRA Board of Directors election. Through this slate, Directors are selected by our Members.
One quarter of the seats on the Board of Directors are open for election this year. To run for this Member slate seat, an individual (either a Member or non-Member) must be nominated by a Member. If you are Canadian and have experience in accounting, law, marketing and communications, or technology, and have board experience, I would like to invite you to nominate yourself to run for our Board of Directors. Alternatively, if you know someone who you believe meets the criteria and has something to offer, nominate them.
Nominations may be submitted by Members until to 6 p.m. ET on August 15th, 2011. For more information, please visit the CIRA elections website.
